Accurx administrative online consultations are accepted Monday to Friday, 8am to 6:30pm. We kindly ask patients to submit their Accurx routine medical requests from 9am daily (Monday to Friday). We may close this platform earlier than 6:30pm if the practice reaches capacity for the day. The service is closed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
For those who can use the digital online AccuRx triage form, this is the method used to request a routine appointment. For patients who need support to complete an online AccuRx triage form, please contact the practice where a member of our care navigation team can support you further.
